Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University, Bhubaneswar declared u/s 3 of UGC Act, 1956 is a leading university in India offering professional programmes in the disciplines of Engineering, Medicine, Dental Science, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, Management, Law, Hotel Management and Agricultural Sciences. The capital city of Bhubaneswar- popularly known as the Temple City - located in Eastern India at 20.13 N Latitude & 85.50 E longitude is hardly 4 km South- West of Biju Patnaik International Airport, 10 km South- West of the Bhubaneswar Railway Station and 8 km West of the State Secretariat.
